IMP NOTE
⦁ Ajay Modi Tours & Travels will not be responsible if the flights gets delayed or cancelled.
⦁ Hotel Arrangements: 4 nights stay in a deluxe hotel in Leh, 1 night in Nubra and 1 night in a deluxe camp in Pangong. Usually, 2 people will stay in a two-bed room, which suits everyone, but just to save money, if you have booked a 2-bed room for 4 people, only one extra mattress will be provided on the floor, another mattress will not be provided, so you will definitely need to take another room, so make the right decision here. A family of four with a full ticket is advised to take two separate rooms between two people for more convenience during the trip. If a room is not available in the hotel decided during the trip, an equivalent hotel will be arranged by the company. Your booking will be in the tent provided by the company in Nubra and Pangong and the complete arrangements there are made by the tent operator. There will be limited hot water facility in Nubra and Pangong camps. If any tourist wants to check-in or check-out early, it will be as per the availability of the hotel.
⦁ Vehicle Arrangements: Small non-AC vehicles like Xylo, Innova and Tempo Traveler etc. will be provided for sightseeing as per the number of tourists. All general information in Nubra and Pangong will be provided by your taxi driver. The permit fee for going to Nubra and Pangong and oxygen cylinder will have to be paid by the tourist at his own expense.
⦁ Food Arrangements: Gujarati and Punjabi food will be provided during the night stay in Leh hotel. All food and drink items come to Leh by plane, so there is often a shortage of many items. Due to which there is every possibility of changes in the fixed menu. Mineral water will be at his own expense. Since it is not possible to include food arrangements during the journey from Leh to Nubra Valley and from Nubra Valley to Pangong and from Pangong to Leh, we will not provide it and we have not charged you for it in our tour price. Because all the food arrangements in Nubra and Pangong are made by the camping agencies. Many times, if there is a delay due to landslides or traffic jams, food arrangements will not be available. So always keep some snacks with you.
⦁ Instead of just misleading tourists by sweet-talking them about this trip, we give our tourists very clear and accurate information about the situation there, which may seem a little bitter, but do not ignore the real situation there, because other tour operators will hide this information from you and will not tell you this information honestly.
⦁ The physical and climatic conditions of Leh Ladakh are completely different and unusual from the conditions of normal hill stations. Therefore, all tourists should take a decision according to their advice after getting your physical fitness and body check-up done before planning this trip. Due to the thin air in Leh Ladakh area, there is a lack of oxygen. Therefore, patients with breathing, asthma, blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack have more difficulty in breathing. Also, even a little walking causes sweating and causes darkness/dizziness. Even if you are going to Leh-Ladakh by any company and are healthy, due to the thin air and lack of oxygen there, you should definitely take the following medicines after asking your family doctor because such medicines are sometimes not available there during an emergency. (1) For breathing: Breathing pump, Ayurvedic camphor tablets, Derafyrin injection or other medicines for breathing (2) For chest pain: Put sorbitol under the tongue or dissolve Disprin in a glass of water and drink. Apart from this, diabetes pills or insulin, medicines for heart attack, hypertension, blood pressure, depression and other major diseases should be taken along without fail.
⦁ Only during the May-June season, when there are large groups of tourists every day, our own group kitchens are operational at some places, in which you will get tea-snacks and delicious and varied food once a day. Gujarati, Punjabi, Kathiawadi, South Indian and sweet dishes will be served on the tour. Any room service as well as packed water bottles / mineral water will be at your own expense. Jain food will also be available for Jain families. Every tourist will have to reach the food place on time for breakfast, after which the kitchen will be closed, otherwise food will not be available. Tourists will have to walk 100 to 200 meters from the hotel to have tea-snacks and food, for this we kindly request all tourists to cooperate.
⦁ Due to the mountainous area and seismic zone, there are only 3 to 4 storey hotels in Leh-Ladakh and the number of rooms in the hotels is only 10 to 12 or 15, so most of the hotels do not have lifts, in such a situation, one has to be prepared to climb two or more floors.
⦁ Every tourist coming on the trip will have to arrange oxygen cylinders, medicine and doctor and hospital expenses at his own expense and on his own, the company will not be responsible for any illness or death.
⦁ The arrangement of our company's guide or local tour manager will be limited to Leh city only, the manager's job is only to arrange food and transport for the tourist on time. Due to restrictions in Nubra, Pangong or other places during the vehicle journey, there will be no guide or tour manager with you.
⦁ Only BSNL, Jio and Airtel postpaid mobile networks are working normally and well in Leh. Therefore, tourists who use mobile phones continuously should use only postpaid (billed) phones and should carry a power bank for battery backup. Prepaid mobile phone services of any other company are not available in Jammu and Kashmir and Leh.
⦁ The weather in Leh also changes in May-June. Therefore, 1 to 2 sweaters or winter wear and raincoats per person should be kept with them. Tourists who have a problem of vomiting during their journey to the mountains should always carry a vomiting bag and medicines for it.
⦁ The above program will be conducted according to the suitability or unsuitability of the environment there.
⦁ If there is a change in the tour due to natural disasters such as landslides, political, road closures, strikes, earthquakes or any other natural reasons, the tourist will be given sightseeing at his own expense and according to the suitability of the environment.
⦁ From Leh to Nubra via Khardungla Pass which is at an altitude of 18380 feet and from Pangong to Leh via Yangla Pass which is at an altitude of 17500 feet. In both these routes, the roads are often closed due to snowfall and landslides. Therefore, it is not possible to reach the camp for overnight stay on the given date and time and its rent has to be paid compulsorily in advance to the company. In such unusual circumstances, the tourists will have to pay the difference amount in cash on the spot at their own expense for the alternative arrangements made by the company.
⦁ Original photo ID proof and 5 xerox copies of it are mandatory to carry. (Passport, Voter ID, PAN card and Aadhar card etc.) The permit fee for going to the restricted area of Nubra Valley and Pangong is not included, so the tourist will have to pay it at his own expense
