Reasons why our trips are a bit expensive…

⦁ The entire trip is organized by a small tempo traveler instead of a 27 seater bus.

⦁ A 12 seater tempo traveler can accommodate only 10 passengers, a 16 seater tempo traveler can accommodate 12 to 13 passengers and a 20 seater tempo traveler can accommodate only 16 to 17 passengers without any hassle.

⦁ The main reason for traveling in a tempo traveler is that it reduces the daily travel time by 2 to 3 hours and during heavy traffic, traveling with a tempo traveler becomes easier and faster.

The facilities you will get during the trip.. don't worry about it at all…

⦁ In the tour price we have taken from you, the following accommodation, travel and food facilities of our company will start as per our daily schedule on the first day after reaching the hotel in Coorg and the tour will end with checking out after breakfast early in the morning on the last day and dropping at Madurai airport.

⦁ Hotel Arrangements: Super Deluxe category equivalent hotels will be provided in the tour. In the hotel, 4 persons, 3 persons or 1 room with two beds per 2 persons will be provided in a 2-bed room, in which 3 persons will have to sleep on a double bed only and only one extra mattress will be provided for the fourth person below, so there will be a shortage, so don't complain about it. If there is a need to book another extra mattress, then by paying more than Rs. 1000/- per night directly at the hotel counter, that facility will also be available.  (During vacations or peak seasons, there will be no additional room available, so it is important to decide the number of rooms after thinking carefully from here.) Room allotment will be done by the hotel at all places, but for that it is mandatory to present our voucher. (The hotel's check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00 am.) The hotel management has nothing to do with your railway or air ticket schedule, so tourists who arrive in Bangalore early before our scheduled schedule, time or date will have to make all arrangements for tea, breakfast, meals or accommodation on their own and at their own expense or will have to wait in the hotel lobby until the room becomes vacant or until 12:00 noon. Tourists can get more details and other information about our hotel from the internet.  Since Ooty and Kodaikanal are hill stations, there is natural coolness there, so the rooms of the hotels do not have AC.

⦁ Vehicle Arrangement: According to the number of group members, A.C. Tempo Traveler / other vehicle will be provided in sharing, in which it will be mandatory to sit as per the rotation system. If the tourists want to take their own independent vehicle separately, they will have to pay an additional charge separately. Since the deck of the vehicle is small, take at least luggage. You will be taken to the travel destinations only once, if any place is closed or there is a strike, you will not be taken again or a refund will not be given. During the climb of the mountains, the AC is turned off to maintain the pick-up of the vehicle.

⦁ Food Arrangement: Since we have our own fix and mobile kitchens during the above tour, you will get one tea-snack and two delicious and varied meals every day, in which Gujarati, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, - South Indian and sweet dishes will be provided.  Any room service and mineral water will be at your own expense. Jain food will also be available for Jain families. Every tourist will have to reach the food place on time for breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, for lunch from 11:30 pm to 1:30 pm and for dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, after that the kitchen will be closed, then no food will be provided. If the number of tourists in the group is less than 20 people, then only hotel breakfast and dinner will be provided in the tour price. No refund of any kind will be given. If any valuables like mobile, camera, jewelry or other valuable luggage left in the hotel or vehicle are lost, forgotten, lost or stolen, the responsibility will be the tourist.
